If she means that by him being head of the executive branch, and her being head of the legislative branch she sort of has a point.
On the other hand, she was elected by San Francisco and could not be elected nationally. I wonder who has had more ballots cast for them. And I think they both have too much power.

I think Pelosi is pretty much the embodiment of everything that's wrong with politics in the United States today.
But I do like to see Congress keeping the president faithful to the Constitutional balance of powers.
While you're at it, we'd also like for you to keep yourself and Congress accountable to the Constitution.
And give back all that power and money you've taken from the states and the people despite the Constitution.
