What a circus

From Barack Obama's speech in Israel (hat tip: reddit ): "It is not fair that a Palestinian child cannot grow up in a state of her own, and lives with the presence of a foreign army that controls the movements of her parents every single day." I know, right? That Palestinian child deserves to have a state of her own to control the movements of her parents every single day! Oh yeah-- and which country sends money to that foreign army that controls the Palestinian child's parent's movements? Speaking of foreign armies, how many foreign countries is the US army occupying or bombing right now, Mr. President? Are people still taking this whole thing seriously? I don't mean Obama. I mean this whole thing . What a circus.

Anonymous Group Cleans Public Park in Constructive “Protest”

By: Wes Messamore "Who says political protests have to be confrontational? Supporters of the global hacker group known as Anonymous recently protested a new law in Japan by cleaning up a public park in Tokyo, AFP reported Sunday. The group of 80 protesters donning the Anonymous group’s trademark Guy Fawkes masks gathered under light rain to clean the park and sidewalks of the shopping and entertainment district of Shibuya." #TinfoilTuesday – There’s Nothing Tinfoil About The United Nations' Agenda 21

By: Wes Messamore There’s nothing tinfoil about the Agenda 21 conspiracy, and it’s not a conspiracy theory, it’s a conspiracy fact. This is happening. As a matter record. Out in the public. For all to see. They’re just brazenly, unabashedly going forward with their plan to control all human action on the entire planet. It’s not a conspiracy theory, because they’re not even trying to hide it. So what is Agenda 21? Initially, nothing I heard in news headlines and super long Facebook comments written in all capital letters intrigued me enough to look any further into Agenda 21. I shouldn’t have judge a book by its cover. Enough liberty lubbers talking about this should at least warrant clicking a couple links, doing a couple Google queries, finding what all this is about. But frankly, I’m just now starting to break my habit of tuning out anything that smacks of Alex Jones as background noise. I think I’ve misjudged Alex Jones and I think that even if I don’t agree with 5% of what he b...

Rebel of the Week: Chen Guangcheng, the Blind Chinese Activist Who Escaped From 90 Guards

By: Wes Messamore Last week, Chen Guangcheng, a Chinese human rights activist and lawyer made a daring escape from his captors while under house arrest during a year-long illegal detention and made a video exposing the cruel treatment he and his family suffered, which included severe beatings and broken bones. The amazing thing about Guangcheng’s escape– is that he’s blind. Not only that, but in an escape that one prominent Chinese activist called “a real Chinese version of The Shawshank Redemption,” the blind Chinese lawyer managed to evade the 90 guards who have surrounded his village home for over a year and get through eight separate security checks on his way to freedom and hiding at an undisclosed location in Beijing! He says he did it by using this blindness to his advantage… Read the rest of my article at The Silver Underground . Wes Messamore , Editor in Chief, T H L Articles | Author's Page

White House & Media Clash Over Soldier Misconduct Photos

Tom G. Brown has a great piece up over at The Independent Voter Network about some of the most recent soldier misconduct in Afghanistan and the clash between the White House and media over publishing the photos: The White House and President Obama have taken another page out of the Bush playbook, classic “kill the messenger” instead of looking at the problem at hand. Last week, the White House press secretary Jay Carney stated that the President was disappointed with the LA Times over posting photos of soldier misconduct. This is just the latest controversy related to soldier misconduct arising from Washington’s nation-building operations in the Middle East. And the same misdirected outrage at the media from above has gone on since Vietnam and every conflict afterward to varying degrees. Read the rest of the article at The Independent Voter Network .
