Trump and DACA

This is not a partisan tirade. I did not vote for Clinton or Obama either time. So I am not just reflexively criticizing Donald Trump for this because he's Trump and has an R next to his name. In one sentence: None of this is any of the federal government's business. Both DACA and the repeal of DACA are examples of big government run amok. If I want to hire someone, that's their work permit. They are now permitted to work for me. It's my business. Because I am paying them to and I give them permission to. It's my money to pay them. And it's my business to decide. We don't need any extra permission from anyone else. We're grown ups. We can decide. It doesn't matter where that person was born either. That's one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. Why should the place someone was born make them have any less rights than anyone else? We're all people. Do conservatives think God cares where a person was born? Do the...

Happy Constitution Day: I'm Allowed to Rob You!

Want to see a piece of paper that gives me the RIGHT to rob you? You don't believe there is such a thing? Are you SURE you don't believe it?

10 Chemical Weapons Attacks Washington Doesn't Want You To Talk About

(Warning: Graphic Footage) Washington doesn't merely lack the legal authority for a military intervention in Syria. It lacks the moral authority. We're talking about a government with a history of using chemical weapons against innocent people far more prolific and deadly than the mere accusations Assad faces from a trigger-happy Western military-industrial complex, bent on stifling further investigation before striking. For the facts, please read my latest article at PolicyMic, a list of 10 chemical weapons attacks carried out by the U.S. government or its allies against civilians . And after you've read it, check this out: THL Exclusive Bonus Footage for The Article (Warning: Graphic) I had included several very graphic photos of the victims of these chemical attacks in the PolicyMic article linked above. I wanted for people to see just how horrifying Washington foreign policy and chemical weapons are and just how real these attacks were, just how real thes...

11 Awkward Photos of Washington Politicians Meeting With The Bad Guys

As the U.S. moves closer to military action against Syria for alleged use of chemical weapons against civilians, a photo has emerged of Secretary of State John Kerry having a swanky dinner with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his wife, Asma, a scant two years ago. Kerry now condemns Assad as a "thug and murderer." Awkward? Yes. Surprising? Hardly. As seen in my latest article , Washington politicians have often been caught on camera associating with the world's worst bad guys.

Manning's Sentence Was The Washington Regime's Open Declaration of State Tyranny

Some words of sanity from Chris Hedges. The whole thing is a great read, but here's the paragraph that hit me hardest: "If we actually had a functioning judicial system and an independent press, Manning would have been a witness for the prosecution against the war criminals he helped expose. He would not have been headed, bound and shackled, to the military prison at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. His testimony would have ensured that those who waged illegal war, tortured, lied to the public, monitored our electronic communications and ordered the gunning down of unarmed civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen were sent to Fort Leavenworth’s cells. If we had a functioning judiciary the hundreds of rapes and murders Manning made public would be investigated. The officials and generals who lied to us when they said they did not keep a record of civilian dead would be held to account for the 109,032 “violent deaths” in Iraq, including those of 66,081 civilians. The pilots ...
