On Monday, a federal judge struck down the individual health insurance mandate, a central piece of the Obama administration's landmark legislative accomplishment. Henry E. Hudson, a District Judge in Virginia, ruled that the controversial 2010 health care law's requirement for individuals to obtain health insurance is unconstitutional.
